Overview
Alvise did the right thing once and has been beating himself up about it ever since. He’s a pretty typical example of youthful manhood in Matora, having diligently developed his skills to pretty precisely the levels required by the local culture, and not much further. This is in marked contrast to the earnest effort and deep sense of duty typified in House Sabastino in general. It doesn’t really bother him that much. It might bother others, but that, also, doesn’t really bother him. You can't buy that kind of peace of mind.

- Signora Arabella Rosalina di Sabastino - Younger sister. Shrewd businesswoman and pleasant company.
- Contessa Marsilia Francesca di Farro nee Sabastino - Married out. Youngest sister. Hero of Vierguers, according to the children of Vierguers. Also, they're not wrong.
